2010
Founding Partners form JV as a NTP Developer.
2013
Energy Development Partners LLC incorporated. COD 1st Project (2MWp).
2015
Development activities focused in RI. NTP 1st sand & gravel pit conversion.
2016
Expanding activities to MA and CT. NTP 1st project under RI Virtual Net Metering rules.
2017
Partnership with ib vogt GmbH. Largest Rooftop in RI (2.2MWp).
2018
Expanded to DR and MX. COD 1st project on a Landfill (2.9MWp).
2020
Expanding activities to NY, PA and ESG Clients. Largest VNM Project in RI (50MWp).
2021
Start development of the 40th project. NTP 1st MA Project under SMART.

Development scope covers securing Site Control, signing ISA with Utilities and obtaining all necessary permits from local and state authorities.
